    Learning Confirmation Requirement
    A Learning Confirmations (certification quizzes) must be completed by the deadline shown above. Late fees apply for Learning Confirmations submitted after this time.


    ICF CCEs
    If you wish to be granted ICF CCEs for this course, you must submit this request in writing after you register and PRIOR to the start of the course. Please send an email to support@careerthoughtleaders.com. Please let them know which class you signed up for and that you are seeking ICF CCEs. You must attend all class meetings live or we cannot provide you with CCEs. This course has been approved for seven (7) ICF CCEs.
    * If you’re seeking ICF CCEUs, we encourage you to attend all sessions live. If you cannot attend live, we’ll provide an alternative procedure to receive credit.     Payment Policy
    Payment may be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), check, or wire transfer. We are unable to accept any other payments options. All multi payment plans require payment by credit card and are billed to your valid credit card every 30 days after your first payment. Issues will with any payments billing properly will be assessed additional fees.


    Wire Transfers / Payment by Check
    If you wish to enroll in a course, the wire transfer (or check) must be RECEIVED by CTL by no later than the date of the first live webinar. There is a wire transfer fee of $175.00 per course, in addition to the course fee, and it is non-refundable. There is no fee for sending a manual check, however we do assess a $175.00 fee for NSF (insufficient funds) checks.

    — Your full name and mailing address (and company name) – we need this information to prepare and invoice for you.
    — The name of the course you’re enrolling in

    — The date when we’ll receive it. Please see the note above. Wires must arrive in our bank by no later than the date of the first live webinar. This means you must have your bank transfer it at least 5 days prior to that date. Also, please allow us at least 2 business days to prepare an invoice for you that includes detailed instructions on how to wire the money to CTL.

    Refund Policy
     

    Please email support@careerthoughtleaders.com to request a refund. Please provide your full name, email address you used for registration, the name of the course you registered for, and the date you registered. You can find this information on the receipt you received when you registered.

    • If you request a refund on or before the program start date, you’ll receive a 100% refund less a $150.00 administrative fee. If you paid via wire transfer, the additional wire transfer fee of $175.00 is also non-refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for funds to be wire transferred back to you.
    • If you request a refund the day after the program starts and on or before the first webinar, you’ll receive a refund of 50% of funds paid, less a $150.00 administrative fee. If you paid via wire transfer, the additional wire transfer fee of $175.00 is also non-refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for funds to be wire transferred back to you.
    • There are no refunds for the course after the first webinar.
