When the calendar changed over to 2021, there was a global hope for a new start and a new year that would magically be better than 2020. What continued to unfold this year was not what we had in mind! This year has been a constant reminder to me that, as my husband would say, "Everyone is in charge of their own fun." This statement isn't mean to dismiss the real trauma around us.

It is a reminder that we choose how to respond and take control over our own happiness and mental health.
How have you taken your happiness into your own hands this year? A new hobby? More family time (one of the bright spots in 2021, for sure!)?
