"How do you limit yourself by caring about what others think of you?" - The Quotable Coach

It's finally here! Next week we get to hear from recruiters, career industry experts, and business leaders so we can be ready for what next year will bring.

Speaking of which ... it is getting hard not to feel anxiety creeping in with more negative talk about 2023 economic predictions.

What are you doing to keep yourself and your clients informed without being overwhelmed?

That's such a fine balance. Sticking our heads in the sand sets us up to get caught off guard. Tuning in too much can leave us feeling anxious.

For me, staying connected to community helps -- positive, yet informed people who can talk through important issues with cautious optimism.

This is one of the reasons I love our community, the free Facebook group, what's budding in the new Mighty Networks area, and, of course, Career Jam, where we get to focus on talk about the future.

If you've missed them, I've posted the last two videos covering the 2023 trends on this page toward the bottom. I hope they are helpful in keeping your clients ahead of the trends and moving forward in their careers.

What else are you seeing coming in 2023? What are you excited about? What are you worried about? Hit reply and let me know! I'd love to hear your perspective.

Marie Zimenoff
CEO, Career Thought Leaders
