Have you met Brandon Mitchell? He’s a resume writer and founder of WriteSea – the first business management platform for writers, a former PwC tech consultant, and on a mission to help resume writers scale their business (and love what they do!).

Many times, that is where we start because we want to "work smarter." We get overwhelmed. We decide to keep doing it the way we’ve always done it (as we tell our clients, change is hard!). Instead, consider starting by mapping out your process. What do you do from the time a prospect contacts you to the end of your engagement? What are the steps? What slows you down? What do you do EVERY time? Is there a way to streamline? Is there a system you are comfortable with that can automate it? If this sounds like a good place to start, you are in luck!!
