"Great things are done by a series of small things brought together." - Vincent Van Gogh, 19th Century Dutch Painter

“We’ll have to have longer breaks between sessions!”

In late 2019 we were so excited for 2020. I bought the fun 2020 glasses – to celebrate the new year and do a promo video for our upcoming 2020 Symposium.

And then the pandemic hit.

Not being able to see family, friends, and colleagues in person over the last year has taught us how to do virtual better. It’s also taught us that in-person gatherings are things to be cherished.

Although it is more than a year away, I'm SOOO excited about seeing all of you in April 2022.

We’ve started putting together the agenda, which will include one day of general sessions, a day of breakouts, and a day of in-depth workshops on coaching, writing, and business development topics.

And, per the pleas of our board members, we'll have plenty of time to reconnect with your fellow colleagues during longer breaks between sessions.

The theme is "Flourishing in the Future of Work" and we’ll be focused on strategies and tools you can use to guide clients in navigating the spectrum of challenges they face today – long-term unemployment, advancing and changing careers, navigating the new retirement, and much more.

I know that many of you are unable to join us in person for events, so we'll also have a lineup of virtual workshops throughout the year that you can join to learn, share, and connect (we do not plan on video recording sessions at the Symposium).

If you DO plan on joining us in April 2022, register here before the early adopter price ends on July 8!

I can't wait to see you!
