Two pieces of data that stood out to me as we start 2023 -- 96% of people surveyed by Monster.com want to change jobs this year and 30% of those surveyed by Jobvite last year who had started a new job left within 90 days.
People are still floundering! They need help figuring out what they are really looking for, understanding how to find it, and strategies for success not only in job search but in their new jobs. This Tuesday at 4 pm ET, we'll dive into the data and a few strategies you can use to help clients make a more thoughtful next step.
