Privacy and Refund Policies
I understand that CTL collects only the information necessary to establish designation as an Associate with the organization or to communicate regarding events and certifications, and does not distribute, sell, or rent information (names, emails, or addresses) to outside mailing lists or organizations. As a CTL Associate, only the information necessary to promote my services and provide means for a potential customer to contact me will be made publicly available on the CTL site.
Per request, I understand that can withhold certain information from my public profile, and that CTL will be glad to comply or instruct on how to personally edit displayed information.
I accept that the security of my Personal Information is important to CTL, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. I recognize that while CTL strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect my Personal Information, that they cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Event Refund Policy
I understand that in the case of cancellation, payment plan fee will not be refunded.
I understand that event cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the event will be refunded minus a $75.00 cancellation fee. That those received 30-59 days prior to the event year will receive a 50% refund. (For 50% refunds, in the case of payment plans, it is based on the total cost of registration, not on refunding 50% of the funds that have been paid to-date). I also understand that no refunds will be issued for no shows or cancellations received 29 or fewer days before the event.
In the event that I sell or give away my registration to a third party in lieu of cancellation, I understand that an additional $75 administrative fee will be incurred.
I understand that there are no exceptions made to these policies.
General Refund Policy
I understand that CTL does not issue refunds for CTL Associate payments.
With CTL I understand that I will have access to valuable resources, tools, and benefits. I accept that once I am granted access to this wealth of material, refunds will not be issued.
I acknowledge that should I decide for whatever reason that designation as an Associate is no longer desired I will contact CTL at email@example.com to discontinue my access and directory listing.
By making this purchase I agree that I have read over any rules and guidelines detailed on the webpage of the item or service being purchased.
I understand that CTL holds a firm no refund policy after registration for a product, service, program, or fees for becoming an Associate. Failure to use or complete use of the purchase is at my discretion and I will not hold CTL accountable.
I understand that I am bound by the renewal requirements listed in the website descriptions of any certification I might complete. If I do not meet these renewal requirements, I understand that I will be required to stop using the credential and cease using the logo or name.
Right to Refuse Service and Access
I understand that CTL reserves the right to refuse services such as designation as an Associate or advertising with companies or individuals, as well as access to this website. I accept that no reason must be provided upon refusal.
