After 15 years’ as an employee (marketing, management & operations), Ruth completed her MBA and started Gabby Communications to help clients reach their goals. She leverages her marketing experience, business acumen, writing talents, and industry knowledge to produce quality outcomes.

She's presented business development, marketing, resume writing, and LinkedIn optimization information for Career Thought Leaders, National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, The National Resume Writers’ Association, and the National Career Development Association. Ruth has also facilitated workshops for The National Resume Writers’ Association, Colorado Department of Labor, and NoCoNet.

Marie Zimenoff

As CEO of Career Thought Leaders and the Resume Writing Academy, Marie Zimenoff provides training and development opportunities for professionals across the careers industry. She holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Studies with a concentration in Counseling and Career Development and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University. 

An experienced consultant and trainer, Marie has delivered career and leadership development programs, designed curriculum, and provided staff training in workforce, corrections, military, university, community college, and business environments. Using her graduate training in adult education and group facilitation, she is known for making learning interactive and actionable. She has been selected to present at national conferences within the career development and coaching field, including the International Coach Federation (ICF), Association for Talent Development (ATD), National Career Development Association (NCDA), The National Resume Writers' Association (The NRWA), and state/local chapters of these and other organizations.
