We’re celebrating the 10th year of this international event! You will learn about this year's megatrends during an exclusive webinar on November 14th. The New Retirement: The Silent Generation and Baby Boomers – who developmentally would expect to be winding down their careers – are persisting due to extended quality of life with medical technology advances and financial requirements caused by the last recession. How are coaches guiding them to negotiate new careers with flexibility? What personal branding strategies are writers and coaches using to combat ageism? How are we adjusting our marketing and process to attract this audience and meet their needs?
Diversity & Bias: In the age of #metoo and heightened focus on race, religion, and other forms of discrimination, diversity and inclusion are increasingly important in the workplace for professionals at all levels. How are we coaching clients to understand their unconscious bias? How are we guiding them to communicate their skills in managing diversity?
