Employee Career Expectations for 2015 (BlessingWhite) A sample of 341 employed US workers taken in December 2014 revealed a wealth of interesting statistics and expectations. For example … a substantial majority (70%) believe they personally have the biggest control over their next career move (as opposed to their manager or the company they work for).
