Meet New CTL Board Member Seth Butler

CTL is excited to welcome Seth Butler to the CTL Board. Seth is a graduate of the ACRW program and co-founder of a private career consulting practice. He also has a background in higher education spanning employer relations, professional development programs, and his current role as Director of Intercultural Student Services at The University of Findlay in Ohio.

We're excited to have Seth's perspective and expertise to direct our programs and efforts providing the now, the new, and the next in careers!

More than 80% of today's recruiters have used LinkedIn as their primary search tool for nearly 10 years. Jobvite 2018 data showed that Facebook and Instagram are increasingly used for recruiting and screening as well. Will recruiters find your candidate in their search results? What will they think when they find your candidates' profiles?

Software is being used to score your candidates' profiles on personality traits. Although we still need to coach clients to "clean up" their profiles (software is also looking for red-flag behavior like aggression), they need profiles that demonstrate who they are personally and professionally.
