Making Diversity & Inclusion Part of Our Culture

Career Thought Leaders stands with our Black colleagues against racism and also recognizes the celebration of World Pride Day today. We will be prioritizing and deepening the conversation around diversity, bias, and how we address those topics in our work.

We recognize that many in our community do not have an opportunity for diversity, equity, and inclusion training as part of a larger organization and that we need information on these topics specific to our work in careers, branding, and leadership.

The CTL Board is creating a plan to continually address a wide range of diversity issues and create space for challenging, actionable conversations.

We welcome your suggestions for topics, forums, and speakers. We are also pulling together resources specific to these issues in the workplace globally.
