In this 90-minute session, career industry leaders Elizabeth Craig and Karen James Chopra will share coaching tools you can use to guide clients throughout the interview preparation process.
Participants will walk away with tools to coach clients to their peak interview performance, including:
A coach approach to go beneath the surface and adjust mindset
Processes and checklists to guide preparation and ensure professional presence
Tips for performance in phone, video, and in-person interviews
An outline for creating a rarely used but always effective portable proof portfolio
Proven scripts for gracefully handling salary questions during interviews
