As the founder of Carroll Careers, I engage coaching clients around the globe who are looking to gain career clarity, build career confidence, and create strategies to make change. I am the Lead Coach at NASA’s Goddard’s Career Center and a speaker/trainer on a variety of career management topics.

Prior to working in my business full time, I was a career advisor at the University of Maryland University College. I have worked with individual clients and groups in academic, corporate and government settings, and have learned the intricacies and specialized skills necessary to navigate these different environments. My personal experiences have provided me with opportunities to be a creative thinker, passionate colleague, and inclusive leader in the field of career development.

My advanced degree in career development has provided the foundation and my interest in social media and staying abreast of career development trends has influenced my holistic approach to career coaching. I thoroughly enjoy presenting to and engaging with other professionals in the career development field and look for every opportunity to be an active learner and dynamic participant in our eclectic network of practitioners and coaches. My presentations and publications seek to inform, challenge, and inspire other professionals to expand their current knowledge and innovate new concepts and practices to share.
