With over 15 years in the career management industry, I have carved a niche specifically on what I refer to as the “marketing” end of successful and effective career advancement. Whether its constructing a powerful resume, defining a strong brand statement, presenting yourself effectively online, or knocking an interviewer’s socks off during an interview…its about understanding your market/audience, getting yourself in front of them, and presenting yourself and your value in the most compelling way possible.

I work with senior professionals all over the world – successful executives and those who aspire to be – and help them to articulate their value in their resumes, letters, bios, branding, online identity, and interviews.

When not working with my clients individually, I fulfill my other passion by speaking to large groups of them at conferences and events across North America. I like to strip away the mystery of job hunting and bring a high-energy style that teaches real-world career building strategies. There’s nothing quite like watching the light bulb go on as 200+ executives in an auditorium have that collective “a-ha” moment. I was once told “There’s nothing more boring than someone talking about resumes for 90 minutes…or so I thought until today. NO ONE should be able to make a resume presentation that enlightening and that much fun.”
