Learning to be SELECTIVE in what you say YES to is a key time management and productivity skill that highly effective leaders MUST master.
Saying "NO" can be difficult, particularly with respect to requests for things you LIKE to do or from people you feel you "OWE" some time to.
But remember this .... Saying "NO" to anything is saying "YES" to something else ---

Feedback .... in the world of business, is the breakfast of champions. Feedback "feeds" us -- it's at the top of the food pyramid for learning and professional development.
How often do you ASK for feedback?

- Refrain from participating in "gossip" -- Move away from situations and exchanges where someone is talking negatively about another person. Don't let yourself go there....
- Encourage a work colleague -- Particularly someone who appears to be visibly struggling with something. Give some words of encouragement to lift them up.
- Fulfill a recent promise you made to someone -- It's probably been on your mind or sitting on your "to do" list undone. DO IT today.
