I once was a highly ambitious gal myself but you couldn't pay me to climb that latter now. I'm working on having a family and want to be there for my kids. You can call that "unfair," but men and women are not the same - we are different. We walked into a man's world and until it gets more flexible and can adapt to our needs, women will continue to hold themselves back. No one wants to be a man in a skirt anymore.
